When it comes to Last Minute Services, our main concern is getting the tickets to you in a timely fashion. When purchasing tickets for an event within 72 hours, please refer to the shipping descriptions below to find out which method of shipping you should select:
EMAIL - Day Before or Day of Show Only: This option is only to be used for tickets which have a description of "Ticketfast", "Emailable", "Can be emailed", etc. or any other description that would give the customer the impression that the tickets are able to be sent via email. Just because a ticket is listed on our site until last minute does not necessarily mean that it is emailable.
LOCAL PICKUP - Day Before or Day of Show Only: This option is only to be used for tickets which have a description of "Will Call", "Local Pickup", etc or any other description that would give the customer the impression that the tickets are located close to the show for pickup. Just because a ticket is listed on our site until last minute does not necessarily mean that it can be picked up at will call.
FEDEX 2ND DAY: This option is to be used for any ticket which is 48-72 hours away. However, there is no guaranteed time delivery for this method, so we do not suggest using this option for an event which is only 48 hours away.
FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT: This option should be used for tickets to an event the following day (except Sunday). Standard overnight delivery guarantees to deliver the next day by 4pm. If you need your tickets earlier, you should choose the Priority Overnight option.
FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT: This option should be used for tickets to an event the following day (except Sunday). Priority overnight delivery guarantees to deliver the next day by 12pm.
* If a ticket does not have a description with it, it is assumed to be a hard ticket and you should choose a Fedex delivery option.
